The Palazzo di Luglio Relais is located in
Tuscany and it's 3 km from downtown Sansepolcro (birthplace of Piero della
Francesca). The Relais is on the top of a hill and it overlooks the Tiberina
Valley.
The Palazzo di Luglio consists of the main building and three annexes, all
restored keeping the original features by use of the exposed stones, roof beams
and brickwork. The nature surrounds the buildings with the perfect harmony..
The reception, halls to relax, wine cellar, wine bar are located in the main
building. Also, the first floor of main building houses four suites (one of them
is reserved for handicapped people) made up of a living room, a double bed room,
a bath room with shower. The whole building has been restored using original
features and materials.
All the suites have been restored paying attention to the smallest detail. The elegant and sophisticated furniture gives to each room a style that matches with the sobriety of the eighteenth century context without forgetting the comfort. Each suite is made up of a double bed room, a living room, a bathroom with the shower, there are also the air conditioned, safe, satellite TV, mini-bar and telephone.
